Recently swapped motors in my 03 maxima. Now it has a hard start, rpm gauge doesn't work and the check engine, slip, and tcs off lights are on. Anyone have this issue after changing motors. I got the motor from a shop but they took my old one so nothing was swapped over. I heard something about the issue being caused by not swapping the upper oil pan? Any advice from anyone???

 

take it back to the shop, they should warranty their work for at least a month...

 

They didn't install it. They just got the motor for me. But I did pay for a warranty on the motor do I'll try that!
