2013 Maxima - Dealer Damaged the Rim

I've got a 2013 SV with sport package (stock 19s)

Took the car to dealer for warranty work, not only were they not able to fix the issues, they damaged my rim!

Dealer replaced a suspension component on the front end because they could not get the alignment right. As a result, they redid the front end alignment. My rim has a total of 6-7 paint chips on it and a gash on the curvature of the rim where it meets the tire - all relatively consistent with what an alignment machine looks like and perhaps dropping it on the front after it's been removed.

I've contacted the service manager and the general service manager the day after and got every excuse in the book back why it is not their fault and how i am making it up. After driving up there, they proceeded with their story and then said as a courtesy to refinish the rim. I do not want it refinished, I want a new f-ing rim!

what to do?

thanks sir.

I started a claim with them on Friday, suppose to get a call back by close of business today. I hope this can be taken care of.

They repainted mine "as a courtesy" after I refused credit. They told me I will have to do all my wheel work myself from that point onwards as they wont touch them ever again.

Other dealers

I would first turn them into NISSAN, Then if no satisfaction the BBB would be next then another dealer would be in line, It is hard to believe that they would say never to bring your car back to them .
