Thanks guys. Right now it has a 350 V8 motor in it. It is lowered with drop springs. I am thinking of getting an airbag system for it though.

Yeah the paint is flat black in the bed and satin black in the front. It was like that when I bought it. I am debating if I should just do the whole thing flat black.

 

offering an opinion here mang, the gloss black looks (from the interweb pics) better than the matte. The matte looks like it was done in kinda a hurry and you can see some imperfections on it, IMHO, getting the bed to be glossy would require only a wee bit of wetsanding and some clear coat... then you can focus on other things... like the fishbowl you are rolling around in, or the fact your truck is clearly missing black fuzzy dice...



Also, you may want to consider getting some spark plugs in your exhaust so that that nasty carburated engine can breathe a wee bit of fire... you know... for the ladies.

 

Nice looking truck there. I've get a 57 Chevy 3100 project truck. Hoping to be able to get back to tearing it apart... I think you're on the right path with painting it all the same, especially if there's no major body work to be done. X2 on the front paint looking better than the rear.
