Cold weather door lock fun....any ideas?

Hi everyone,
My 1996 Maxima seems to have a cold weather related electric door lock issue. The issue is that the doors want to remain locked, so if you open the door with the remote it will unlock for a second then immediately re lock. It does this both with the remote and with the lock switch from inside the car.
Last week I had to open the door with the key to gain access to the car. I started the car and went back inside, when I went back out the doors had locked with the car running. I had a spare key inside so I was able to get back in (that was the day I realized I had a lock problem)
Again it only has this behavior in very cold temperatures. It seems that once the car is warmed up, it stops the lock show.

Thanks,
Zack

Remove the door panel, lubricate the rods, lock cylinder and actuator.
