What I am asking really is, on SV is there a 3rd brake light in the window and on spoiler? And if there is just one on spoiler and not window, should i remove the one in window?

It's really personal preference, I personally think take it out if you're getting a spoiler! Looks cleaner!

I installed a spoiler on a 5th gen and left the third brake light in, just disconnected it. If you take it out then there's the issue of having to fill in the hole. If you are going to tint the windows then the brake light will be very difficult to see from the outside.

I was pondering the same thing, just ordered mine and I seen a max the other day who had both TBL's and it seemed fine to me so I might just leave it.
