Aftermarket ... very inexpensive aftermarket.

But. Very inexpensive aftermarket with a LLT warranty.

Have somebody bounce the rear and watch the bushing. If there's play you'll need to replace the shock unless you can improvise a bushing set.

with my lca bushing that i replaced i had a problem as well there was another thin metal type washer that i had to cut out inside of it in order for it to fit in perfectly that may be the case for you as it looks like it wantes to get the hell out of that hole.

Likely dont sell new bushings, perhaps dont buy cheap the next time. Id throw some grease on it and hope it lasts until you can buy new ones.

Yepper to that.

Got a response from Rock Auto (where they were purchased) and have been given instructions for return and replacement.

But I wanted to confirm and get some other opinions that this is actually a failure.

I suppose I'll give another set another try.

If those fail too then I'll start yelling about a refund.

Personally i would just leave them or get urethane bushings for them. I would not call it a failure per se.

Never seen this happen before but then again an inexpensive aftermarket part will do some strange things.
