Swappable parts?
Can you be more specific?
Rims if you want...
No the axle for a 5th gen won't work on a 4th gen.
If you have a mt you can swap some parts from the 5th gen clutch...

The problem is a vq30de vs a vq30de-k. Different chassis, different engine man.
Do you have a 01 donor car that you got the bright Idea to swap into a 99?

Its unclear which car is the donor, but there are many parts that will interchange.
The pass drive shaft is the same for pretty much all 95-03. I've personally installed the same shaft part number in a 95 auto, 96 5spd, and an 02 auto. Usually aftermarket shafts have different part numbers but it works.
Drivers drive shaft is trans specific. I have an 01 LSD and matching drive shaft in my 98. Pass is original.
Rear brakes are virtually identical. Front brakes are a slight upgrade. 00-01 use a thicker rotor, caliper, and torque member. They will bolt on after drilling the 95-99 knuckle. I have them on my 98.
Rear struts and springs can be used if you swap the upper strut mount to match the car. I've done it. Front suspensions have been swapped around but usually not worth the effort. The knuckle and strut can be used together and swapped over.
I've got plenty of 5th gen parts on my car.... if you have any specific parts in mind LMK.
