Spoiler broken how to reattach?

I backed into something and all it did was break the spoiler attachments. The only thing holding my spoiler on are 2 of the 10mm posts (bolts). I can't drive it like this.
Two of the 10mm screws are broken. I was thinking about using epoxy to attach new bolts to the spoiler or using wire through the holes to attach and silicone it, maybe both methods at once would do it. I think all the white top clips are broken but they all look the same on the top. The bottom plastic parts are in place and so are the top parts. Could I just silicone the top part to the white clips? Do I have to buy the gaskets or would silicone take care of that too? Thanks for any help.

Go buy new spoiler clips from nissan parts dealer.... Should run u probebly ten bucks, pull out the old clips the new ones snap right in and ul be set... Takes about 2 minuets u dont need the gaskets or at least i didnt. Just the new clips and silicone if u really feel its needed
