What should A/F ratio be at WOT

What should A/F ratio be at WOT
I idle perfect at 14.8 but WOT it dips down to 11.2 and right before red line shes at 10.2!! Smell fuel pretty bad too.
Is this like way too much fuel or normal? Buddy was telling me i should be round 13.8.
5speed,Fidanza flywheel,custom intake,Custom 2.5in Y pipe, Full 3in exhaust with 2 Resonators,advance timing,Walbro 255lph.
On Nitrous 100shot It stays around 11.3 Right before red line.
