Should I buy or keep looking?

1996 Maxima SE, 5Speed, Fully Loaded, Excelent Condition (as stated and said), 120,000Miles, regularly maintained (as said), no visual damage, highway use mostly, $7550

Should I get it or wait....
How should I inspect it?
Should I expect any problems?

Well thats a pretty good deal i would deffinatley get it but heres a couple of things to look for.

1. Check the CV boot( rubber boots on the axle right behind the wheel, sheck for craks, splits etc..
2. Check for chatter, and slipage in the clutch.
3. Check shock wear, condition.
4. Goes with #2 check smothness of engagement of the trany and gears.
5. Interior condition( i imagine its leather, check for cracks etc..
6. Visualy inspect the engine, just give it a once over.
7. Overall paint condition, scratches and dents and chips.

I wouldnt expect any problems but you never know with anything you buy no matter how well you check it out things happen but it sounds like a pretty good deal and try to talk them down to 7000 and then deffinatley get it but if not i would still buy it.

Just two weeks ago I would say that is an excellent deal, but lately 4th gen prices have plummeted. All in all its a decent deal.
