Has anybody ever cleaned these and if so how difficult was it? Any DIY's or tips. Thanks in advance.

 

I've done it a few months back and it was pretty straight forward. I bough CRC maf cleaner and CRC throttle body cleaner. I used a clean microfiber and wiped the throttle body really good. I also used a rubber handle screwdriver to push open the throttle body so I can clean the rear. The maf was really clean, but I still sprayed it down. The idle was a little jumpy for the next few days while the PCM learned the new parameters.
