the 4 bolts that bolt the thing to the seat rails must still be attached.

you talking about just the pad or do you mean the seat without the back support part in other words you wand the bottom part of the seat right?

 

there are 4 bolts that attach the actual pad thingy to the seat rails. That's what I'm talking about. No motors or anything, just the part your butt sits on (the bottom pad assembly)
