How low can you go & wheel/tire size help

I currently have an SV and the ride is nice just wish the body would sit still when maneuvering turns and sat a bit lower then she would ride and look so much better. So, whats a good set of springs for her and how much of a drop that would be comfortable for most people (speed bump safe if possible) and also my new soon coming wheels I would like not to tuck inside the wheel wells.

Now for the wheels/tires

Wheel specs: 19x10 rears w/ +30 offset and 19x9 fronts w/ +47 offset

Suggested size tires: 275/35 rear & 245-40 front

Say Im dropped (1" - 1"1/2) Do my rims make it that I have no choice but to roll fenders or is it my tires and i can go a little less wide to avoid rolling. If rolling is necessary, all fenders or just rears?

I find it highly unlikely you'd have to roll any fenders if u went with the eibach pro kit as I did. Takes the car down a bit but nothing excessive. Match that up with some sticky tires and a stillen rear away bar as I have and it handles awesome. Waiting to get front strut tower brace and assuming that will add to the thrill of slamming it into turns.
Here's mine with eibach pro kit and 20s under it. No rubbing or rolling needed

You think rolling them would look nicer though? I hate the lip of the fenders and also I have a hub mount roller.
