I have a complete module (window regulator + motor + module plate) from a 2005 Maxima laying around, tested for function and it appears to work fine. I didn't have a door to test it in, donor door was damaged beyond repair and broke the glass in the process. I can separate from the module plate if necessary to reduce shipping costs, unless yours is bent you don't need it anyways.
