7 Gen Rear brake strange issue

About a month ago put new brakes all around.
Right passenger brake has an inner and outer
Rust ring. Inner is normal. Any ideas whats
Causing outer ring. See photo.

your brake pads have not seated or worn to match the rotor. I would suspect that the pad on that side is not flat ?.

The Nissan rotors will rust if you sneeze on them, but this surface flash rust will normally rub off with the very first application of the brakes. In your case, the rust is left because the pad is not wiping / rubbing against the rotor properly.

Have a closer look to see if the new pad is not seated properly or is otherwise damaged.

Yeah the outer ring is definitely not normal I agree with the suggestion above that the pads haven't seated.
