i have recently had a problem with getting the new
bridgestone re730's that i bought from firestone
properly balanced.

so eventually i went to a local tire store, and even though
i didn't buy the tires from them, they have been
very helpful and patient in getting them properly balanced.

so if you are in the area, "paul's tire and battery"
on geary blvd. and 10th avenue, north of golden gate park
here in the city is a good place.
nothing wrong with firestone, but i feel that the
small local shops often give better individual
feedback and service.
