audio help

hi guys. Im a newbie to car audio. And i just strated saving for a system. I luv audio goodies, but when it comes to car audio im clueless. Can you guys recomend a magazine to order, or a book or something where i can learn about car electronics. Like how subs werk, what it means to have 2 12's, kicker box, etc... and why u need amps for woofers seperately... well u know what i mean. Thanks for ur help.

CA&E is a crappy magazine. Get CSR (Car Stereo Review). That's the best one.

thanks guys. which site u think is simplest like explains everything from the beginign like what r subs , why u need amps for them whats a 5 chanel amp stuff like that. Thanks again

also these are good sites but mainly to learn how to install the quipment, i need to know what kind of euqipment u need, what is neccessary etc...
