08 Altima vq35de in to 04 maxima

Ok so I just got the engine out yeasterday and it seems like there is about 5 sensors that are different from these motors. I thought I could swap over the whole intake manifold and use that throttle body with that connector. Under ther intake manifold there is one sensor on the old motor and 2 on the new one I was wondering if I can just splice the two together and use the old connector for it. There is also 2 sensors on the sides of the heads on the new motor there on the top can I just take apart the connector and plug them in like that. Is there a write up for this swap because I'm having a hard time finding it. I will post pictures in a couple hours but any advice will help. And let me know if I need to do anything else been working on this swap for about a week now on and off and I really need this car, I'm barrowing one now from family till I get mine done and they need it back soon. And please don't tell me to search more I'm pressed for time and been searching all morning with little help.

I'd shamelessly plug my blog at this point in time.... http://aackshunsgarage.blogspot.com ... but it doesn't have any more relevant information because those two links cover 95% of what you need to know....
