Sadly, the car that I learned to drive stick on in high school is really no longer road worthy due to some rust issues that I don't feel like fixing. I would consider selling the whole car, however. $1000.

Runs great, needs a new clutch and throw-out bearing
Transmission gearbox is fine, no grinding

I can get pics of the rust, but it needs a core support and a bunch of other stuff in certain places underneath.

Lots of new (or recent) parts:
Stillen front STB!
Alternator
Cleaned EGR system
Brand new tires
Front rotors and pads
Rear pads
Rear shocks
Replaced the dead tach
New radiator
Front passenger wheel bearing and hub
A/C compressor but the system leaks after a few months. It works very well until it leaks.
Many moons ago it had the timing chain and tensioner job so it really does run well, smooth and quiet.
I also have a brand new O2 sensor still in box.

This car was cared for and brought back up to spec after inheriting it back from my brother a few years back. The interior is in great shape. The BOSE system works flawlessly (all speakers and even the CD player) and sounds great. Windows work, moonroof works, power seats work.

The car has more life to give, even if in pieces. Any interest in the whole car, or parts? It is located in Plainville, CT at this time, though I am in RI. We'll work it out.

If no interest, it will probably be scrapped, which would be a real shame.

 

Do you have pics of both of the interior A pillars? And if so, how much for both?

Passenger side fog light lens is cracked. I think the driver's side is good though.

 

I'd also like to see if anyone would like the car whole before I totally dismantle it. I will need pics for that.

 

Which o2 sensor is nib? Im looking for the one going into my cat. Lmk sir

 

BOSCH 13242. I don't remember off hand which that is applicable to. Could probably check Rockauto.

EDIT: Rockauto says upstream. I bought it to address a P0150, which was the only code the car had.

All speakers work perfectly. I specifically tested them again just before removing them, by using the balance and fade control to verify each individually.

Rear speakers $60/ea + shipping. I plan to pick up a bunch of stuff that people have been asking for this weekend, by the way.
