Your cheapest route would to take it to a local muffler shop and have them install 2 MagnFlow mufflers. Welcome aboard.

I agree with dmcmahan12. Do you want the cheapest/sound change route or cheapest/more effective exhaust one? IMO cheapest/sound change custom muffler shop magnaflow mufflers. Cheapest/more effective exhaust, Racingline Y-pipe + custom exhaust cat-back with magnaflow mufflers.

Racingline y-pipe is $300+shipping(unless you can buy one used) and a custom cat-back $275-$600(this depends on shop+labor charge). My friends shop will hook me up for a cat-back magnaflow for $275(reason for low price). lol i'm just waiting to order my y-pipe which I might go with motordyne(this one is $600 y-pipe-.-)

The Megan racing Catback is only $600 or so new. I love the sound of it

Yah, Megan is pretty good too. I THINK that is the cheapest brand exhaust cat-back. If you get that and the y-pipe(Racingline) you'll be right at 1k I think. Racingline y-pipe $300 Motordyne $600. Motordyne just sounds awesome! lol.

Can't go wrong with the price. Give it a shot and see if you can find any sound clips.

Not sure about that one, a risk if you are willing to take IMO. Also, not sure if I read correctly but I hope thats not a 20-30 Hp gain because that too me is shady in itself. Even the more expensive higher quality brands don't claim those numbers. Also, especially for our car mind you, we would not get huge gains like that from a cat-back exhaust(unless you include the y-pipe which that is claimed 12-14whp gain). UNLESS you add the aftermarket y-pipe i can imagine getting a 20+'ish hp gain with just a cat-back...yes...air will flow better after the cats but its STILL restricting from the engine through the headers and stock y-pipe. just my .02

That looks like a Megan imitation and probably will work. The mufflers will probably be cheap so I'd replace them but I think that would work for your needs honestly

In my opinion straight piping a N/A vehicle is just stupid. You'll annoy people more than anything. If this was some kind of force induction vehicle like a srt4 or 335 then straight pipe that **** but I think for the sake of all that is good about this car, just get a regular exhaust.

So went to midas , i was told that to replace the mufflers (the end part ) with two new chrome tips , so basically nothing with the actual pipes in the back it would cost 175$...i told him i dont want the car to sound too loud like a ricer, he said if i was to straight pipe it , it would like a ricer so basically im jus gonna remove the mufflers replace with chrome tips and if it sounds nice ill keep it like that if not that he said there are three resonators on the car one near the middle and two on the back he said he will take two off from back? i asked him wont it start to vibrate and stuff cause your taking off the resonators he said no please help me Im kind of newbie to this stuff
