i figured the latch that it snapped into was the culprit as i noticed it was dry and i sprayed it with a little wd-40 and wiped it out cause it was'nt releasing when i clicked on it sometimes. just fyi guys

I'm not completely clear on what was broken and what the fix was.

 

damn hangover, the piece on the side of the seat that locks the seat beat into place. the inside of that was dirty and i sprayed it with wd-40 and messed with the button and released the lock to where its unlocking easily and when i started the max back up after the check engine light went off. wasn't aware that would turn off the check engine light, it was sticking and i just cleaned it.

 

my seat-belt light will go on or off when it wants to, I found out that If I have the seat-belt at a certain position, It will act like nothing is loose.. cause on ignition mode it wont show sometimes.. even if i took off my seat-belt, the light will go on or stay off. Just a loose wire I suppose..
