Anyone ever buy from AudioMyth.com

I recently purchased a infinity perfect 12.1 sub from audiomyth.com. Their price was the cheapest (175). Its been 5 workdays since I placed an order. I emailed them, even called them several times and left a message but I have received no response from them. I was wondering if any of you have ever purchased anything from audiomyth.com. If you have, how was your experience.

Do they have a toll-free number you can call direct?

No they don't have a toll-free number but on their website they did have this number for customer assistance 832-274-7738. Everytime you call there's an answering machine and i have left messages several times and they haven't responded. My main concern was the warranty on the subwoofer. I just wanted to make sure that the factory warranty infinity gives (3 years) was still valid if I purchase the subwoofer from them.

Probably not. Try calling Infinity to see if this place is authorized to sell Infinity. Infinity gives you a 3 year warranty on these subs if they are purchased AND installed by an authorized dealer.

what did you pay with? if you used your credit card, you can call your company and tell them to start a dispute on this item if it ever becomes charged...more than that, if your card hasn't been charged, you can change your credit card account number, free of charge.

Finally someone called me. Thank god. The lady said they were having server problems so they couldn't reply back and she said there were many people she had to call and she was going down the list. She said I would receive my sub by the end of this week but there will be no warranty on the product. The only thing I can do is return the procuct for full refund 10 days after I receive it but I think I'm gonna keep the Perfect and use it lightly at first and make sure its broken in properly. Thanks for trying to help me out guys.
