Was poking around the interntet today and stumbled across these guys, need input. Will be boosting it around 9 to 10psi with a ray jay turbo from a 400cui diesel. Can't find any maps for the turbo but it should make things interesting lol
Gonna call Carrillo tomarrow to ask about deck hight to see if I can run some nismo vq35de cams. Btw this engine is being tossed together with what ever I can get my hands on, working for Nissan deffinatly has its perks

look closely my friend. The VQ30 has a bore of 93mm. if you want pistons and rods for the VQ30 source them from a VQ30DET, they are becoming hard to find these days but im sure you can find the complete long block for around ~600 or so. then just canbalize it for its parts. The DET is a RWD block so just transfer all the internals to a FWD block.

However the best thing to do would get the DET and put it in a S chassis of some sort. Then go troll the 2JZ/RB swappers
