2016 Max- Odd low volume high pitch whine/squeal from engine bay

Strange deal.

2016 Maxima.... owned since April '16

When vehicle is completely shut down..locked etc. I can hear this squeal from the engine bay. Happens occasionally. Popped hood and seems to be coming from right side of the bay. (passenger side). Noticed it first when washing the car many months ago, but its fairly noticeable, albeit low in volume.

Called service dept today and asked it there were any service bulletins on it and they never heard of this.

I know this is a weird one.... any thoughts? TIA

Mine does the same thing from the same area. I have no idea what it is. As far as I can tell it has always done this. My wife first noticed it after having it for about a month.

I purchased my Max in Aug 2015.

Yes - I asked about it one time at the dealer. I can't remember what it is from, but it's completely normal.

Service writer I asked had no idea.... I would imagine many owners may not even notice
