Dealer F'd up my wheel!

From my other post about vibration at highway speed, i have had my brand new car in the dealer 3 times already attempting to fix the issue. Well apparently on my last visit the tech that was messing with my tire messed the **** out of my wheel!!

Needlesss to say I told the service manager and he assures me they will take care of it when I come in for my 4th attempt to fix the vibration issue.

Wow. That is total careless. Definitely demand it for them to fix it.

Luckily they replaced all 4 wheels, just to be safe.

Unless there was damage to the other three wheels, they certainly went above and beyond anything most dealers would have done. Some dealers would have argued about replacing even the one damaged wheel, while most reputable dealers would have replaced the damaged one with no argument. But all FOUR?

But then maybe he felt replacing all four just might help with your strange vibration problem they are trying to fix . . .
