If you installed SS brake lines, did you feel any improvement in pedal firmness and brake response? Thx!

Anyhow, I ordered and received a set of hoses from our Canadian company Elite Parts, who re-sells (or AKA?) MAGNUMbrakes. The set looks very well made, with attention to detail, but I am a bit concerned with how stiff the hoses are compared to OEM. Could the stiffness damage the joints eventually, due to reciprocal motion of the wheels on the road? Anyone with experience, please pitch in!

After discussing with the mechanic, I decided against using the particular SS hoses I oredered, as they are so stiff, that I am concerned they might break off the mounting brackets and lines. They are really so much stiffer than OEM rubber hoses, that they feel like they won't flex at all. With the rusted mounting brackets I do not feel safe using these and going to return them.
