The pull-a-part gods were very generous

Mother's Day 50% off weekend.....

These came from a 97 I30 but don't think they were original to the car. The rears were toast. Grand total $30....

Would have been $49 but they said if I removed the motor they would sell it as a manual seat.

Nice! Couldn't have happened to a more helpful person either - I greatly appreciated all of your assistance with my issues a few weeks ago.

Thanks! I have not put them in yet as I can't stop rubbing them as they as still super soft.

How can you tell if these came out of a Maxima or I30? Like I said above the rears were toast. No way the front and rears were from the same car.

Sounds like an I30 - they used a better quality leather - softer.

Congrats

IIRC the headrest position on an I30 can tilt

Good Lord ... I so need those.

At least the driver's side.

$500.00 for a reupholster is hard to accept.

... lucky bastard ...

But then you did buy those for your Mom, right?

What color? I go often. The yard I go to has a lot of 4th and 5th gens. My driver's seat has wear and is semi soft. The passenger side looks good but is hard as heck.

You can always get a passenger side and swap it.

What I mean by swapping is de-skinning both seats and installing the leather skins on the driver's side.

Yes. If you do this you retain the heat and power.

Biege. Same as what you've got there.

My only issue is that I've got the SE-L ... perforated backs and bottoms.
