Crashed my 5th gen... is it worth saving?? or swapping?

Ok.. Soo my dumbass decided to go around an on-ramp at 60 miles an hour knowing I had bald tires so what happened is I spun out rear end kicked out and I hit a guardrail. So the pictures are below and the question is if I should replace the whole front end or just get a whole new car? OR The 5th gen max is the one I wrecked, I have a 97 (4th gen) auto max wth 300k, could I. Just swap the engine and trans into that shell? Meaning the 5th gen into the 4th ?

Before I too everything off

It looks like you bent the front support pretty good. While it's not the biggest bend in the world, it's still something that will take time and money. I say, part out the car and buy a fresh one. Preferably a 5.5 6spd.

Ok so I have a 97 Maxima with blown shocks and strut I bought and installed megan racing coilovers for the 5th gen. But is it how hard is it to find a 5.5 gen?? For say $1.5-2k?

Is fixable, get a jack, and some lumber and pull that the best you can until you can put te fender back, align it the best you can, save money and keep driving it until it dies, save money for a new car.......my .02 cents

Depends where you live. In my area, a clean 2002 6spd with no rust is over $3000. But on the FaceBook pages, guys in NY sell pretty clean 6spd all the time for a decent price.
