Nissan wireless smartphone charger?

Has anyone here purchased this option from Nissan? I'm considering it, wonder what those who've had installed have experienced. Good option? Worth it? Any issues with? What was approximate cost for not only the option, but labor to install? Are there better third party options? Other thoughts/comments? Any idea if installed, can still fit the third party center console tray? Thanks!

By the way, any idea what the largest size phone is that will fit?

I don't have this option on my car but IMO the placement for this wireless charger is very inconvenient and looks like an afterthought from Nissan.

After a Nissan Dealer telling me it would cost $195 in labor to install this $250 (list price) Wireless Smartphone Charger, I think this is a big no-go! Following seems like a 10x better way to go. Anyone have other thoughts on this?

I found one on ebay for $50!!!! NEW OEM. (lucked out) Dealer wanted to charge me $210 to install. I took it to a local Car Stereo place and had them install it for $65. Not a bad deal.

Shrewed deal I'd say. Do you have a part number we can use to search EBAY on?

I have this one in all 3 cars and love it... easy to wire in, just make sure you use the included cable and 12v adapter. Best Buy can add a 12v receptacle in the dash for cheap too.
