This car is going to be sold real fast.. either someone who already lives in Houston or is willing to travel to take the beast home. 4th gen's in Red are very very hard to come by these days, especially when it's this clean, not oxidized and turbo'd.. Is that why it's listed for $6,000? This thing is spotless inside and out. The engine bay looks brand new...This car is ready to go.

 

Interesting that it has a temporary tag with a 10/30/17 date.

 

Maybe bought it a few months ago when he bought it, kept it in the garage, installed the parts he wanted to, then realize he doesn't want it? Or it could just be pictures of when he just got the car. I could be wrong.

I'd bet he is underwhelmed with the T/C and other engine mods' effects.

Nobody does all that work at that expense to just sell it and not break even. Or he got some DUI's or busted racing too many times.

This was posted 17 days ago for sale, located in new jersey. Supercharged Maxi... Clean Although, The engine needs work... Could be used as a parts car or repair what is needed. Just some areas that appear to have been refinished that would not normally be refinished except in the situation of a front end collision.

 

Another clean red located in Houston for 2 grand, needs cleaning of the headlights and some other minor stuff.. 157k miles. Not too bad. The paint seems to be in great shape, a professional wax job/clean headlights would make it look shiny and brand new again.

That's mattys old car. Yes, the same matty that used to have vortech supercharger plates made for us. People have put down over 600whp on a stock motor so yes I agree if you leave it stock it will last forever.

 

Hey y'all I found out that the seller has put the car up for sale again... This time he posts pictures of the black leather interior. It's a manual, everything inside and out is spanking brand new. Yeah the price tag is steep, but look at all the new parts he installed..It will easily last 100k+ miles. New rear main seal...Rack and pinion...the list goes on and on. It's essentially a complete rebuild 4th gen in red with manaul transmission. That is very hard to come by these days...also with a turbo kit. The reason why he hasn't sold it yet could be that some people are going by "book value" but to someone who truly enjoys the 4th gens, this can be the right price.

 

for that price and with those parts you would think that an alignment would not still be required
