Ok: official poll: How do you guys want the new battery tie downs for our cars

Since we came up with our design, a few people bought them, but most thought it wasn't cool. So, without wasting any more time, let's do a poll. Show me examples of what type of battery tie down you would buy.
Well, not really a poll, but rather what you are looking for. Come on, this is exciting, give me some ideas of what you like under the hood of your car...
For all of the rest asking about our current design, it will probably be scrapped for the new design!!
Thank you all, to those who bought the first ever Nissan only battery tie downs!!!!

Here is the current design, now only available WITHOUT the engraving, since so many people thought it was too western-like (they were meant to be tribals)
Thank you all for your ideas.

I didn't even think of that. You're right.

As far as a battery tie down, anything 'bling bling chrome' works for me. Or that silver one with the holes in it is nice too. Just no western design

Definately chrome looking. Perhaps like this. Only a little less edgy, or as is, less ***** like though

Oh my gosh, i don't know what happened, if anyone wants to see what I acutally did, click "Reply to Post" and it should come up properly formed. I do like the three circle one, only polished/chromed would be nice of course.

powdercoating is something you would do yourself to it.. it's hard to get stuff powdercoated because so many people want so many different colors..

alex, i am not a huge fan of the tribal, but i do kind of like that design with the holes in it..

keep us posted.

Do something like that, but replace the center hole with a laser cut Nissan or Maxima logo. Somthing that makes it obviously Maxima specific.

Well, I can't actually do any stuff with Maxima or Nissan on it (I don't have the right to without their permission)..
But if you guys like the three hole design (seems to be the prevalent design that people like), we'll get them done now.
Thank you all, any more ideas?

What will be the cost? Will this be a group deal thing?

I prefer no writing (or just Maxima like the AE door sills)

Another vote for something like this. Will it fit an Optima battery with the stock rods? If so, sign me up.

I say polished instead of brushed. Will it have that option? Also, how do we place an order with Max8mycash? Just e-mail you and tell you were I live? Reason I ask, went to your website and it's really shakey (thought you had online ordering) Thanks for the response and making something new! Xtreme5053@aol.com

The site has been on re-do for about three months now. With so many different custom max projects we've got, its hard to try to organize everything. But, as far as ordering goes, we accept paypal to
sales@southwestautoworks.com
Or money orders/cashier checks!
If you have any questions, please call or e-mail anytime
Thanks
Alex

PS These will fit the Optimas provided you are using the stock rods (of the stock battery tie down)

Are you sure? My stockers were too long and had to improvise with some washers.

Count me in for one. I'd also like to put in a vote for the polished. Although I'll take the plain aluminum as well. Either I like the idea!

I went to the site, but I don't see them anywhere. Wassup? I'd really like one since it will fit an Optima.

Production of the new tie down bars will be done on Friday of next week. They will be $35 shipped for all 4th gens. 40 shipped for all 5th gen (as we have to supply longer j-bolts for the batteries)
Thank you all for the input

If we could only get our hands on a 3rd gen Maxima down here. Most of our customers have 4th and 5th gens..so if you all know someone in AZ with a 3rd gen, send them down our way, they'll get a free battery tie down bar

Thanks
