Are leather seats compatible with all maximas of 7th gen

Was at the junk yard the other day and found the top portion of the rear seat, got it off but while removing from memory I felt that the screw and nut location was different I also remembered that mine has two pull down tabs I lower the rear seat but this one only had one. I wasn’t sure if it would be compatible so I ended up not buying and and leaving it removed for whoever else came along. Still want leather seats but want to make sure it’ll be compatible

The SVs with either the sport or premium package have fixed rear seats that do not fold 60/40. You can tell my looking at them...they are contoured with side-bolsters and are technically rear bucket seats as opposed to a flat bench. Not sure how mounting differs or whether or not these would bolt up to an S or standard SV.

My question is will they fit tho if I sacrifice the ability to have them fold down
