2014 Maxima SV, low beam doesn't work

Hello, I found this forum after searching on the internet. Here is my issue. My passenger side low beam will absolutely not work. I barely know how to put gas in a vehicle, however, am attempting to get some intel prior to spending unneeded funds. So far, I’ve installed a new bulb (HID). I’ve also switched driver side low beam bulb with passenger side low beam to no avail (of course it works on the drivers side (still). I have also checked and switched around the fuses and that also did not work. Both the high beam bulb and the yellow / amber light work. The only thing not working is the low beam bulb on the passenger side. I’ve seen some folks mention a relay. Also saw where someone said something about a switch and also an engine room. Again, I’m clueless just looking for advice . Thanks in advance

Mojofisher, it's more than likely that your headlight ballast igniter has gone bad. You should be able to get one relatively cheap off eBay.
