Which bulb should I replace in my tail light? Is it The marker bulb?

The lower half of my tail light is not lighting up. Any idea which bulb type I should buy? Is it called the marker light?
Also I wanted to ask, the low beams are not very bright in the car. Do I have to replace them? If so what would you recommend. I'm saying this because a corolla's halogen is brighter in comparison.

I got some t10s from amazon that work great, only took a few mins. Re the fronts: if they are the xenon hids it is past time to replace them. My rule of thumb is every three years. Another 10-20 min job per side.
