Headlights and Fog lights for 2019 Max SL

Hey all! I need some help here. I plan on purchasing some HIDs for my 2019 Maxima SL, but still dont have a definitive answer on what size bulbs they 2019 Maxs take. Can someone confirm it is H11s? Also any recommendations on a company for decent quality HIDs for headlights?

Regarding fog lights, as you know the 2019 SL model does not come equip with fog lights. So I located the bezels on Ebay, now I just need to purchase the lights. Do I also need to purchase wiring and a switch as well? Also I see after much debate, LEDs are recommended for fog lights instead of HIDs, considering its only one bulb on the 2019s, anyone know the bulb size LED i would get for the max?

Thanks in advance...

Ambitious retrofit and yes you will need wiring and switch located on the left control stalk. (Get that control stalk too from eBay or Nissan parts) You could just wire it separately with an auxiliary switch mount low on the left-hand side of the dash. Be sure your fog lights are wired with a relay. Report back what you end up doing. Best of luck.

Why do you want to retrofit your headlights? You have the latest LED headlight design why mess with them? They run cool, last long and look great. HIDs are old tech, they run hot and burn out quick. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for pointing this out. I was thinking he had a 2016-2018 Max. Leave the LEDs alone. The running lights on the 2019 are also top-notch. Just focus on the fog light install.

You quoted me while I was editing my post lol ... but yea leave them alone. Plus if you touch them and something happens like for example condensation you wont be covered under warranty.
