How to test fuel pressure

Hello all
I’ve replaced the following:
fuel injectors, coil packs, plugs, MAF, both upstream O2 sensors, crank sensors and fuel filter and she runs and idles like crap. No matter what I do the problem won’t correct.

against other advise I decided to take the car to Bob Howard Nissan here in OKC. My hope was they’d be able to diagnose the problem and for a reasonable price fix the problem. NOT!

They had the car for 3 days and today I got a call from a friendly service advisor saying “our mechanic was finally able to diagnose the problem.” To which I replied “what was it?” Then he said “you need a new engine because there might be a compression problem.” My guess is they never really looked at the engine and thought I looked like a sucker. There is no smoke coming from the tailpipe and it’s not using any oil at all.

on the way home from the dealership the CEL started to flash. It’s never done that before so when I searched that issue discovered this to be a bad cat converter. Could a bad cat converter cause an engine to run and idle extremely rough?

also...a friend of mine said I should check the fuel pressure so how do I check the fuel pressure on a 95 Maxima? I’m not giving up on my car.
