2022 Maxima Platinum - help with a bunch of electrical gremlins

My wife and I have a 2022 Maxima Platinum we bought new. About 4-5 months after we purchased it we started to have problems with the ventilated front seats not working. The problem was intermittent. It has been to the dealer several times and they have been unable to fix the issue. The claim they spoke with Nissan Tech line and only 3 other Maxima have ever had this issue. The problem remains un fixed. In the last month or so we have noticed other electrical issues. The memory seat function will not always return the seats and mirrors back to where they were set. You can not change the settings of the memory seats either. The windshield wipers randomly turn on for a second when no rain is detected. The blind spot warning light comes on randomly when there is nothing beside you. The car will also randomly chime as well. The dealer has again had the car for several days and is unable to figure out what is wrong. They have checked fuses and made sure wiring is tight. They say they are unable to reproduce the issue and can not find what is going on. Again they say Nissan tech line says no other maxima has this same problem and no one module controls all those systems. Has anyone had these problems or similar electrical issues with their maxima? We are very frustrated with the issues and the dealers inability to fix them. We are worried when the warranty runs out we will be stuck with an expensive repair bill. We have been documenting everything the dealer tells us and I have asked for written documentation on what they have tired to do to repair the issue.

Time to take it to a new Dealership. With all the issues you're describing, I find it odd that they can't replicate one of the symptoms.

A water flood issue? It would not take much to mess with the grounding on the chassis. Check there
