5th gen to 7th gen transmission swap

Can I swap a automatic transmission from a 2000 3.0 maxima to my 2010 3.5 maxima

Manual swap is the best option. Remove cvt and communication via a tune and have more response. That's the key the cpu and cvt are programmed together.
