The SE-R front end was designed to look sorta like the GT-R

if you go to the gallery for se-r on nissandriven.com they have a picture of the skyline. It's the 4th one from the top on the right side.

why would you post a pic of the r 34
find a pic of the r33 and compare it to the se-r then you see what the se-r really looks like...

those little sentra spec-v's are pretty quick, by their numbers they should keep up with the 2k and 2k1 maxes if i remember correctly. pretty impressive from the lowest car in nissan standing....

Yes the sentra was supposted to look like the son of the skyline and it was designed to handle and perform like it's genetically altered twin. but the Sentra SE-R spec V's engine is a bloated, 6500rpm redlining 2.5 liter piece of trash barely pushing 142 HP at the wheels .
Why couldn't Nissan have just given us the Almera Hatchback?

I don't think they look that much alike. Maxima06071, I don't V-Spec has nothing to do with engine stuff, it's about handling. Considering what the Sentra is, I think the engine is just fine. I'd still much rather get Sunny GTi-R...

this is kinda going off subject but did you go through Motorex to get your car?
How much was your total price after taxes and D.O.T legal modifications? just wondering cause my old man needs a new car.
and back to the Sentra why would Nissan make a car just to handle well with out any real power? If a consumer wants a car with awesome handleing they should buy a Protege5 or an MP3, they drive like there on rails!

The prices on Motorex site (www.motorex.net) include everything. That's what you pay + shipping from California + possible state taxes.

I think 175hp is plenty for a car like Sentra.
