my power windows are not all that powerfull sometimes, dont know why? and my passenger side one some times stops then will work fine in 5 mins does any one know why this happens or if it is a simple fix or what i would need to get to fix it thanks

A quick fix might be to put wax/rain-x on the windows and down in the seals. Another would be to do a SEARCH .
Your best bet might be to replace the motor or regulator though.
