Subframe connectors

Hi,
Matt, could you make a sticky of this with some pics and stuff? When the messages about the subframes drop off the screen people seem to forget about this mod of all mods. Plus it makes it easier for me to refrence to.

Bill, Jeff, and I made those stickies a long time ago. hardly anyone looked at them, and still asked stupid questions even though the answer was right there. Soooo, we got fed up and unstuck the posts..

I feel it's been long enough (plus I'm tired of seeing the same stupid "can I put a VG30DE-TT in my Maxima?" posts, that I'm going to talk to bill about starting them back up again.

But frankly, I don't think they'll go for it, as we're all pretty fed up with idiots around here.

And to get REALLY rude, the search function will turn up the answers in just a few seconds. It's very useful, and when I want to look up something, that's what I use.

I hear you. Maybe you guys could start a newbie forum for each of the generations? That way newbies go to the newbie forum to ask newbie questions, and you know what's to be expected from there.

I'll create my own ghetto sticky by bookmarking all of the threads I need info from until the real stickies are put back up, if ever.

The search is kinda good, if I search for subframe connectors, I get real relevant responses. But if you search for anything else, man I just get frustrated and go sleep, alot of OT and downright dumb results come up which makes the searching process harder.

You know, what we really need is a "How to use Search efficiently" link/sticky at the top of the main forum page. Or at the top of every forum. Or EVERYWHERE.

Even before I officially joined the Org I hardly had ANY questions because search works so well if the topic isn't new.
