with the y pipe, just drive around a good 15 mins before you take it in and you will be fine. as for the clears, i think they will just make sure there is a bulb in there. i dont think they would give you too slack about that. as long as the cat is there and working you should be fine.

 

Where in New York State do you guys live. Here in Brooklyn they only put it to a machine to check for smog and if anyhting is not right you make a donation.

 

dont know if this helps, but i passed my CAli smog already with CAI, ypipe, greddy sp.. the usual, passed by .02 with 71k on my 98 max.

 

so the inspections in Cali don't mind CAI and exhaust? Some members on the forum suggest me to take out the FC intake and put back the original airbox. is it alright to leave it on?
