blown fuse usually means theres a short somewhere
maybe you have a blown amp, or a pinched wire
blown amp is easy to find, but pinched wire ain't

i had that same problem... what did I do?

replace the whole system

mmm... you could try unplugging all the amps
put in the fuse and plug the amps one by one
and see which makes the fuse blow

if the fuse blows before you plug in the amps, then you
have a short in the wiring
if the fuse blows when you plug in an amp, bad amp

sorry if this sounds like gibberish im sleepy
