ever seen a Maxima independent rear suspension in an accident?

we do have a Random Thoughts Racing rear strut tower brace...I'm thinking it may have prevented the rear from crumpling more...not sure if that's a good thing or bad. I'll take pics of the rstb on monday.

Daamn! glad you're okay. hope they find the jerk in the Z.
on a bad (or good) note, I'd highly recommend the car be totalled, if they don't do it already. that's got severe frame damage and will never drive straight again.

. I walked away with just a soar body and 2 days later fond out I had glass in my eye which cost my $260 to remove in matter of 10 minutes
