Nissan developing a TT V6 for racing

Since Nissan wants to campaign a TT V6, it stands to reason that could be/ or should be based off a production engine. Since the info indicates a VQ, it looks like the VQ is probably going to feature a stronger block

If that is the case & a kit/production will happen, looks like i picked a wrong time to sell everything off my max.

BTW-They are using a VQ35DE as the motor.

Does this mean we can't blast newbies who ask if they can put in a TT into their Maximas anymore?

Wonder if the kit picked up if would only be for the 3.5 or maybe they could make it include the 3.0?

Depends on whether or not the block can withstand and if there's room I guess...

Any factory turbo TT for the 3.5VQ will probably be designed around the G35 platform. N/S engine config and RWD. So it would be mostly a packaging problem. But try to think outside the box. ie.. like what the 4-gen guys are doing w/ the JDM Cima VQ parts and such.
