What to get. Fields Fuel Controller or Apexi SAFC?

I have been searching for a while now but I am really starting to get tired (only 3:30 in the a.m.). I have a V1 SC running a stock SC pulley on my 96 Maxima, but plan on going with a 3.33" pulley in the near future.

* What is the difference b/t these two other than price?

* Pro's and Con's if you can.
* Will the ECU reset itself thus rendering the tweeks done by either units ineffective? (heard that there was a problem something like this)

I haven't used it yet, but I ordered the Super AFC II on Monday. I haven't seen the fields controller yet, but compared to the others that I have seen(greddy, hks) the APEXi has more features. One of the big things that sold me was it's ability to monitor. I hope to be able to tell if I gained any airflow when I make intake and exhaust mods. Should give me an idea of whether there was a power gain. The main reason I want one is to lean the top end out a little and be able to adjust it on the go. We'll see whether the settings stay or not. I have a 92 though, so it might be a little different for yours.
