The grill is going to be custom made in a light gray color like my lettering, But wouldn't it look better with a custom intercooler(hehe).

I remember something about a company that manufactured a CAI that featured a filter mounted in front of the radiator. It was protected from the elements by plexiglas and it looked for all the world like an intercooler. The problem on Maximas is that in order to install it, one of the fog lamps had to be removed. Obviously that wasn't too attractive. But with your new front end, that might not be a problem.

Anybody else remember that CAI?

I like that front end. Makes me want to go out and buy it. I don't an intercooler would work without a AC or a turbo how can you put one inline with a CAI anyway.

Looks good, I'm surprised. I didn't really think it would. You do need to do something about the grill, but I like the Stillen front end on that color. Nice.

I didn't like it in the pic on Stillen's site but it looks better on your car. Maybe it looks better on dark colors.

Sorry man but... what were you thinking?
Did anyone see Blade2 yet? The front of your car looks like one of those Reaper vampires when they're about to feed... not good.

Oh, I see. I haven't posted as many messages as you, therefore my opinion suddenly becomes inconsequential.

I thought that this board would inhabit more sophisticated people than the Chevy Cavalier board that I used to belong. I guess there are always exceptions.

Opinions are nice. Sarcasm won't win you any awards, esp from a Newbie

Look, I don't want this to get out of hand or anything - I'm just defending myself. You are on the offensive. This guy wanted to know what I thought of his kit and I told him. I'm not trying to win any awards, especially not from you. I was just being honest.

As a side note, check out my profile. I joined on 2-05-2001. Just because I don't live on this board doesn't make me a "newbie" per say.

Now how about I buy you a beer and let's get past this.

Guess I'm at fault as well. I intially took your original post as a smart a$$ remark. It's not even my car so I should have just let it go. I'm arguing with the gf right now so I guess I needed to vent. Sorry bout that.

Corona? Let's go

NJ isn't very far from CT (about 3 hours to get to the outskirts). We should have a Maxima meet in between somewhere...

Surprisingly, that front end looks really nice, could you get smaller fogs though? That is the only problem IMO, PLUSS you need a grille, but other then that, very nice.
