Newbie questions
Will take delivery of my Max on Tuesday, couple of questions:
1) Have winter rubber from my previous car (rims wont fit) in 205/65/15. The diameter is within 1.4% of stock so that's OK, but are 15" rims going to look too small?
2) Aside from standing on the gas through tight a corner
,how can you tell a Max has the HLSD?
As a side note, while waiting at the dealership, I was thumbing through the owners' manual and the rim size listed for the SE was 17x7.5, not 7 as most people have indicated. Who's right?
Thanks. This site kicks a$$!

Looks ok? Who cares? What will your car look like in a snow bank, or shoved up the rear end of a pickup truck? Winter tires are not for show, they are for go. The 15's should fit, alot of us are running that. All you have to do is make sure the rim clears the brakes. Not all 15's clear.
Maybe the 2002 mags are 7.5, lucky you!
When up on the lift, in gear, when you turn one wheel the other wheel should turn in the same direction.
