Could you tell on either guages where the blue/red/grey Mario Bros. colors come from at night? Is it colored bulbs? A different painted material underneath that shows through once lit up?

Any ideas? Thanks.

I think they look like $hit at night, but love the daytime looks.

their are no color bulbs they are all clear ones, ive been playing with the idea of painting the bulbs on the GXE ciruit board so that its a different color.

From what i noticed is that the SE gauges seem to have something under the guages underneath where the blue and red show through

here is a link when i did my install and swap of the gauges
