I know of someone that is selling 2 brand new 10" Rockford Fosgate subs which are both rated at 200watts, and a new 200watt Audiobahn A2200e amp. He's selling everything for $60 American. Is this a good price?

60 bucks?? thats cheap but i would check the sound of em if possible but the subs arn't that good anyways amp is worth 60 bucks if the subs dont work.
